Would you please bottle some and send it over to Portugal, dear? I'll try and do that when he makes a demonstration! lol
THANK YOU ALL for your help! :cheers2: (I'm back, though lol) Being unable to find AstroGlide in Portugal, I decided to give Adam & Eve Personal Lubricating Gel a try. Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Hydroxide, Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Gluconolactone, Methylparaben While I like its ingredients (having the same as KY and thus not causing any burning feeling at all), it's still VERY thick and so doesn't really prevent friction and pain. The problem is the runnier ones, like Maximus and Adam & Eve Personal Lubricant, have the ingredient that I think it's the one causing the burning feeling: Glycol. None of the others lubes I tried had it and I had no problems with those. On the other hand, all shampoos have Glycol and I feel that same intense pain if I finger myself in bath using them. I wanted a runnier lube with the same ingredients as KY or at least not having Glycol. Is there such a thing? lol It seems that finding the perfect lube is like finding the perfect man. It's a needle in a haystack.
I use System Jo Anal Lube and love it! Heres a link to their site. http://www.systemjo.com/index.php?op...=107&Itemid=26
I guarantee your English is better than my Portugese.... Good luck with it! If you try it, let us know.
what lube would you suggest for first time anal? is there anything that will help with the pain aspect?
Astroglide is awesome if you can get ahold of it. Slow and steady fingering starting with one finger and after it's fairly good with stretching around the one finger, add a second one gently and keep going until you can fit the toy/dick in there, but make sure you still go slowly or at a pace that's easy to handle.
No one's mentioned mineral oil. Usually available at any market, it's colorless and tasteless with no allergy issues and it's cheap. Mineral oil is the base for baby oil except baby oil has fragrance and other chemicals added. Doctor recommended it because other lubes are irritating. By the way, water-based lubes dry out very quickly, like K-Y, and get sticky. Not good for anal unless you want increasing friction.
