I don't watch a great deal, mainly just for sport (the World Cup), and documentaries.

I don't own a TV, but they're all over the place. In stores, at friends' and parents' houses, etc., so yes, I watch and like TV. After having major surgery I watched all of an anime series on the internet.

I need tv to live. If it wasn't available I'd have to cut my face off.

There are probably Amish kids who watch more television than I do.

I spend time on the Internet, I watch DVDs, I listen to music and I read.

I really don't miss watching so much TV.

I dont actually watch the TV except to stream netflix or watch a dvd. Other than that I catch all my "tv" shows online.

I tried to watch abc or one of those prime time network channel shows at like 9 pm for the first time in a long while, some show called Scoundrels came on, oh boy it was complete crap.

I never watch TV, I do not have cable.
There is a reason why it is called the "idiot box".

Can't your cats just find some birds and mice outside? :p

As for watching TV, I don't own one and don't want one, but I'll occasionally watch the odd decent thing on the internet or if I'm at someone else's place...

Although TV here is (IMO) slightly better than in the US, it's still crap most of the time.

I enjoy TV but usually it's muted with music playing instead. I just like all those pretty pictures flashing at me! :p

But ya I barely watch TV now, just to check up on sports occasionally or a select few shows that I record and watch randomly. Otherwise I much rather take my dog on a walk, read, play guitar.. you know, do something haha.

Nah, Texans are my team for NFL but I definitely cheered for the Cowboys in the early 90s, I was never an Oiler fan. I pretty much can't stand the Cowboys now though.

Yeah sure, why not. I do try and make sure I watch something I want to watch rather than just turn on and let my eyes glaze over. Since using forums and the Internet in general I have found TV boring and it tends to repeat itself. Say they have a news item about something it won't be long before they are asking the same thing a while later. The BBC are terrible for doing that. Nothing controversial is said most of the time. Where is Glenn Beck when you need him? Anyhoo, I do like to watch soaps and drama's, either serial dramas or one off dramas such as

I hate watching: Sport, Boring Sunday night dramas, The weather and documentaries about WW 1/2 Oh, and medical dramas that have gone on for years repeating themselves over and over. Not interested. Lazy TV.

I watch at the most an hour and a half of tv a day. At midnight I sometimes watch Seinfeld, and usually weeknights I watch Craig Ferguson from 12:35 to 1:35 am. I don't always watch the whole show.
