freezing cold

    Ive been a vegetarian for 10 months now
    but I've always got colds hands and feet..
    my boyfriend is a veggie for 4 years but he's always warm.
    I don't eat eggs and I take iron supplements

    does anybody has the same prob?

    nope. Then again....I take supplements for like, every minerals and vitamins there are, INCASE I don't get enough.It does wonders, Haven't been sick in a year! (except that old, that came and went in one day! :eek: )

    My girlfriend has the same problem. We've both been veggie for years. I put it down to circulation. But then she's slighty anaemic, so dunno if that might be connected....

    Having cold hands and feet sounds like a circulation problem .....not sure how it is linked with a veggie diet. Where they cold beofre you became veggie?

    no,that's the weird thing.
    and when i'm outside my hands turn purple

    That is in no way connected to vegan diet, i believe, because i know a couple of dedicated flesh munchers who also have cold feet'n'hands

    I know,but it began when I became a vegetarian

    it could be a curculation problem
    has anybody a solution for a curculation problem?
