Anyone here use or have used antidepressants (like Prozac)? Just wondering what side-effects, if any, you had - especially sexually related ones.

    Some anti-depressants cause ejaculatory issues.

    You just can't cum.

You can last forever, but the stupid pills won't let you cum. Of course if you are uber excited-nothing can stop you.

I know a dude who ate 143 anti-depressants to kill himself and it didn't work.

Even funnier than that before he tried to off himself he threw out all his porn... cause that would be unsightly.

The only sexual side effect I had was a severe decrease/absence of libido. Which, I guess, is a pretty large umbrella when it comes to sexual issues.

Non-sexual side effects included being in a continuous state of "shmeh"... never terribly depressed or anxious, but always a few notches below content at any given time. After a few years of that, I decided I wanted to start feeling real emotions once again.

Trashed those pills a few months ago, which is never a good idea to do without doctor's consent. But now that I'm over the withdrawal I'm glad I didn't waste time weaning off.

My sister-in-law was put on Prozac for postpartum depression, and she got horrible suicidal thoughts and extreme lethargy.

I had an ex on Prozac and oddly it made her a nympho. I think that she was the exception to the rule.

    Peace Out,

I was on Prozac for awhile when I was about 13. Didn't do crap for me really. Turns out my depression was from lack of being acknowledged and heard. I don't recall any side effects and I wasn't told that I was different from my parents.
