Thanks for that but would of liked abit more bush think first clip show an example of leggyness and how to go with it.

Quick update...
Three weeks later and almost two weeks in bloom (13 on 11 off), plant started to get to big and was getting burned by lights so i pulled branches back down to the string.
When I start to see the resin trics i.l knock the light down to the normal 12/12.

 

nice..

 

Will be even nicer once i start to hang all them bent sticks of bud to dry.
