I was wondering if anyone happens to have a PDF copy of the encyclopedia. If you do please PM me. I own the book and would purchase a copy of the PDF version but I have not had any luck finding a site that offers that. I even went to the book publisher and wrote them but haven't revived a reply yet. I am trying to do it as legitimate as possible because I respect the author. I'm requesting the PDF in order to some better research. Thanks!
