So here's the hypothetical scenario. You are a concert promoter for a 2010 summer festival. You get to choose a maximum of 25 bands to play at your festival and they can be any band/dj/rapper/soloist that can possibly play in 2010. So if you think you can get some broken up bands to reunite that still have all living members go for it. Who is playing at your festival? And if you are feeling clever feel free to name festival too.
25 bands? Sounds like a 3 day festival to me. Ok, let me see if I can do this, with bands that are still going as of today. The Forgotten Years Festival ( Afterall, anyone who says they remember the 70's weren't actually there) 3 days of music mainly from the 70's with some added music from later on. Music starts at 9AM each day and ending around Midnight each night. Festival is being held at a large farm in Nebraska, where a high voltage temporary fence has been set up to encircle the farm, in order to stop what happened at Woodstock, and temporary barriers next to that fence in order to protect anyone from accidentaly being electrocuted. Tickets for this festival will be sold online only. Ticket costs: $400 for any one day, or $ 1,000 for a 3 day pass. The farm is set to hold up to 750,000 concert goers, and ample food and merchandise vendors have already signed up to be a part of this extraordinary event. Some of the vendors include Subway, KFC, Burger King, and many individual vendors. The Coors brewing company will be the official and sole supplier of beer sales for this event. With over 1000 beer tents and over 1000 food vendor stations, and 5000 porta potties strategically placed, we expect to be able to handle the more than 500,000 people we expect to attend this 3 day festival. This festival will be on private land, so while on this land, no police will be allowed inside(unless necesary), so it is up to you to keep the peace. The list of bands and times they will play is as follows: Day 1 (Classic Rock): Gregg Rolie 9AM-10:15AM Elvin Bishop 10:45AM- 12PM Savoy Brown 12:30PM -1:45 PM Wishbone Ash 2:15 PM- 4PM Rush 4:30PM- 5:30PM BTO 6:00- 7:15PM Bruce Springsteen 7:45PM- 9:45PM The Who 10:15PM- Midnight Day 2 (Southern Rock) Gator Country 9AM- 10:15AM .38 Special 10:45AM- 12PM Govt Mule 12:30PM- 1:45PM ZZ Top 2:15- 3:15PM Charlie Daniels 3:45-PM- 4:45PM The Outlaws 5:15PM- 6:30PM Lynyrd Skynyrd 7:00PM- 8:30PM The Allman Brothers 9:00PM- Midnight Day 3: (The Guitarists) Joe Bonamassa 9AM- 10AM Steve Vai 10:30AM- 11:30AM Joe Satriani 12PM-1PM Ted Nugent 1:30PM-2:30PM Rick Derringer 3:00PM- 4PM Ronnie Montrose 4:30PM- 5:30PM Steve Morse 6PM- 7PM Robin Trower 7:30PM- 8:30PM Deep Purple(feat.
