What do you do to go about banging them, I know it says a buncha hooblah all over about the fillers and what not, but is it really all that bad? Can I just throw in a little water and do the dirty or what? Someone had told me milk but idk about all that

Indeed, thought for the cost of 1g of diazepam, you could buy mad xanax and do shit the way it was meant to be done. Valium is half-ass. Xanax is complete benzodiazification.
