I find it it useful to be constantly aware of the fact I may be dreaming, so that when I am dreaming, I will be aware it may be a dream, and upon closer inspection realize it is, therefore becoming conscious... And oddly enough, looking at the ground and spinning does help to become more lucid/stable... Have fun, lucid dreaming rocks... :D

Lucid dreaming is fun. . .have you ever seen "Waking Life"? It's a must-see for stoners, hippies, and dreamers in general.

Oh yeah, writing down your dreams is probably helpful.... I'm too lazy to do it, but it should help you remember your dreams, which is an important part...

I always have wet dreams anyway, so I do not need lucid dreaming.

So THATS what lucid dreaming is. Wow..well I've done that quite a few times. I guess it comes naturally for me?

Ive heard of people training to lucid dream before (wasnt sure what it was then) and they succeeded. Good luck to you :)

I have lucid dreams every once in a while. Damn it's fun. You can do some crazy shit when you know you're dreaming. Good luck with it.

I have a tendency to have sex with all the women and beat up all their boyfriends in my lucid dreams. apparently I am a jerk and sex addict.

Mine only have been since junior high. thats when I was told that if I knew I was dreaming I would be able to control them. ever since I was told that, I have been able to, but I dont always know I am dreaming.

sometimes i get too excited when i realise and therefore instantly wake up... i have minor lucid dreaming though...alot of times i wake up in my dream to realise i am stuck and cant wake myself up and when i change things it wont work properly...and then when i wake up sometimes i am still stuck in my body - like i can't move a single muscle to roll over or anything..it gets freaky.

I just put a few astral projection and lucid dreaming books on my christmas list. Although I can lucidly dream pretty easily, almost every night, im not fully lucid. I have been incredibly lucid a few times. Most times its like this clowdiness im dreaming, I know it, but I dont act on it. Its just like im watching a movie drunk.

I realised I was dreaming while having a not so pleasant dream a while ago but I only realised it like 'fuck, I think I'm dreaming.. this isn't real!'.. but I couldn't wake up or change the situation.. that sucked big time. Have to learn to control my actions more in dreams.

Its weird...I can go back to places in my dreams that only EXSIST in my dreams. Like worlds...not worlds....but environments...whatever you want to call them...they arnt anyplace Ive ever been or seen before besides in my dreams. Sometimes I will be in a place in a dream.....and 5 years later I will think of that place in my dreams again and be able to go back. I love it because the places in my dreams are VERY beautiful. Does this happen to anyone else?
