What's been the most difficult part?

For those of you who grow mushrooms at home, I'd love some input:

What's been the most difficult part of the grow?

Where did you have the most troubles and struggle the most to figure out?

Depends on the growing tek you're using. You'll have to research mushroom growing more before I can go into detail on difficult parts of the grow.

The hardest part of most grows, if not all, is keeping everything sterile. Contamination is what can cause your whole grow to be over in a second of contact with mold or bacteria. The sterilizing parts are simple in PF Tek, and the tek is almost impossible to mess up, so I recommend watching this popular PF-Tek vid if you haven't seen it yet.
