Angry Bob was angry. He sat on the green couch and drank a bottle of root beer. He put down the root beer and went outside. "Life is so meaningless" said Bob. "You live and then you die." "Why are we here?" Bob wondered. "Is it to love?" "Is it to accomplish something great?" "Is it fulfill some destiny?" :Or is it simply to enjoy the moment? To stand on the cool grass in my bare feet and enjoy what nature provides? To enjoy the beauty of a blue sky? Or the smell of the flowers? To enjoy the taste of a plum?" A tree fell on Bob. Bob died. Lesson-Not all of nature is enjoyable.

This is a coincidence. I have a friend named Bob who thinks this, as well. Your Bob is a lucky guy... death spares him thinking about any of it every again.
But the real question is if the tree falls on Angry Bob and no one is around to hear it. Does it make a sound??!?!?!?!?!
haha i say yes it does make a sound, because obviously the tree heard/felt itself fall, and the other trees felt the vibrations if they couldnt hear.. well except that we hear vibrations.. and the birds heard it! and the bugs!

interesting story. and of course the tree made a sound when it fell because it crushed bob and even if there was no one around it still would have made the sounds of uprooting and breakin bones.
