Well... I know there's alot of people who immediately connect nudity with sexuality. Those people would be unswayable. However, if such a poll was conducted, you'd probably receive plenty of "Yeah, sure" answers from people who are neutral to the topic. Also, other factors should be included such as location, age, etc.
I expect that the number who would support nudity (at resorts, designated beaches, clubs) would be lower in the US than even in the UK, and certainly a lot less than in most of Europe.
I expect basically no one would support it. Not that it's a bad thing, it's just people are more willing to wear clothes I imagine. I for one will admit I am happier to wear clothes than not. However, I for one am also happy to accept hot women going nude if they really want to
I don't think a lot of people have a problem with it, but unfortunately due to how society is right now, it seems very much... "yes it's fine, but not in my backyard". Nudism can make people pretty uncomfortable... But supporting peoples right to live their lives like that? I think quite a few people. I voted 20-40% on that assumption.
Hard to say...From a Canadian perspective, I think many Canadains have no issue with naturism, though wouldn't support people walking down the street nude (although in BC & Ontario, women can legally walk topless). Here I think it would vary on Province. British Columbians are probably far more likely to be supportive of nudism then Albertans. Like wise in the USA. It would vary greatly by state. Those in Oregon are probably ten times more likely to be supportive then those in Texas. As a whole? I'd say under 10%. Look no further then the Super Bowl from over 5 years ago. I still hear people going on about Janet Jackson's nipple.
