You are probably having an allergic reaction to the food that you are eating and it is making your stomach and intestines swollen from the inside. Stop eating grains.

Not to sound rude, but maybe you just need to lose some more weight? Or it may be stretched skin, or something :(

    Good luck with everything.

You might want to see a Doctor about your colon, judging by your posts.

    Famous examples of colon problems:

John Wayne - Autopsy revealed that John Wayne's colon weighed 82 pounds. 77 pounds were composed of dried fecal matter. The remaining 5 pounds was living tissue.

Elvis Presley - A Memphis, Tennessee newspaper reported on August 28, 1977 that Elvis Presley had been hospitalized for 32 days with an impacted colon. One year later he was dead. Reporting on his death the Knight News Wire stated, "Presley was found dead at 2:30 P.M. August 16, green pajama bottoms around his ankles, face down on the red shag rug in front of the toilet. He had been dead for several hours. Medical investigators believe his last act had been, in their terms, “straining at the stool” the rarely mention cause of 1 in 20 deaths.”

I got this info from here: http://www.wholistic.net/nutrition/whitaker/colon_health.htm

It's worth a read. I am concerned about myself as well. I think you should see a Doctor before doing anything on you own though (regarding the advice in the link above).

    Good luck! :)

I have really not that much advice, I've never really put on weight and I still look like a twig, I wish I could gain some!

But good luck to you, I hope you find a solution!
