Most illegals minus day labor and migrant workers actually work in actual businesses, which means they need to have a SS and pay payroll taxes, not for their own sake but because the business doesn't want to be raped in the ass, I mean audited by the IRS.

Most immigration helps Social Security's finances, because new immigrants tend to be of working age and contribute more than they take from the system. A simulation by Social Security's actuaries found that if net immigration ran at 1.3 million a year instead of the 900,000 in their central assumption, the system's 75-year funding gap would narrow to 1.67 percent of total payroll, from 1.92 percent - savings that come out to half a trillion dollars, valued in today's money.

Illegal immigrants help even more because they will never collect benefits. According to Mr. Goss, without the flow of payroll taxes from wages in the suspense file, the system's long-term funding hole over 75 years would be 10 percent deeper.

My great grandfather came here from Belgium, I'm not saying fuck immigrants. Why can't we make these people citizens, make them pay the same taxes, which would drive there income up as well. Right now there kids are going to public school for free, they go to hospitals and get treated, it's easier for them to get drivers licenses than it is for me, and the cartel violence is starting to spill over into u.s. soil.

They can live here comfortably but I have to worry about getting my door kicked in for having a gram of weed.

Interesting double standard. Is it because... you're a legal citizen... that you think you're above following the laws set down for citizens?
