Whenever I do some oxy within a few hours of going to bed, I have a really strange night. Basically, I pretty much just nod off all night. All night. I never really enter a deep sleep, I'm just constantly waking up, go do something quickly like check my laptop, and then nod off while doing that. I'll then wake up 30 minutes later in that position. It's sorta embarrassing really..its like I can't control it, it's not really enjoyable. Sometimes I'll basically even sleep walk (within my room/bathroom), wake up and be like how did I get here? Sometimes I'll even wake up sitting up in bed. I get really f*cked up. By morning I'm usually tired, out of it, and sometimes even sore from sleeping in weird positions. When my body isn't really used to the drug, it really responds in quirky way. So this stuff usually happens when I'm in the early stages of a "binge". As my tolerance builds and my body gets used to it, I usually sleep much better. Does this happen to anyone else? It's definitely the oxy because I'm usually a deep sleeper, have no sleep issues. When I'm not on it I never wake up during the night and just wake up with my alarm clock. But I still know this isn't normal. I think I just do too much sometimes, but I've never been close to OD'ing or anything and never even throw up. Maybe the oxy brings out some other mental issue I have or something. I don't do oxy within 4-5 hours of going to sleep now. Anyway, just thought I'd share!!!
I actually just experienced what you are talking about last night and it has happened to me a few other times...I'm not sure why it happens sometimes and not others. I take a pretty consistant dose every day but this does not happen to me every night.
im the exact opposite but then again im an addict... i cant sleep right unless im high... if im not i do what you do at night, i cant fully sleep thropugh the night, but on oxy i sleep like a baby after the nods of course, but im sure it effects others in their own way
lol....yeah it happens to me when I take enough. I never go into a deep sleep at night. It's like I'm just nodding off. Weird....sometimes I like it though. I get that itchy feeling when I experience this. Doesn't happen all the time though.
for me it all depends on the amount I take. If I take a small dose before bed I blissfully fall into a deep sleep. If I take a big dose, then I kind of have your same experience; in a nod all night and never really a deep sleep.
I have horrible sleeps with oxy as well. Takes me forever to fall asleep. Then I wake up so many times during the night, wide awake. Then usually I'll wake up at like 5-7am and getting back to sleep is hopeless. Luckily I'm wide awake and still pretty high . Great for early shifts at work lol.
i have found that after a moderate to high dose of an opiate can give me a bit of insomnia. My brain just feels wired and my body tingles with euphoria. not bad in any sense, just hard to fall asleep with it. usually when this happens, alprazolam is taken sublingually and soon after i am fast a sleep.
