in and out is great but full and stretchy feeling that I like for longer periods of time. walking around getting pounded in the ass for a whole day is a good way to get very sore, very fast, not that I would know.

I've never had any trouble with it, and if you're wearing a 3 inch wide buttplug, it doesn't mean your butt is constantly at 3 inches, as the wide part is inside you, so it doesn't stretch you out at all while you're wearing it
I have worn butt plugs in public for up to 12 hours. I find the feeling thrilling. But have never left the house fully crossdressed. I have worn panties,bra and a garter belt, under my clothes quite a bit though. The only thing that you have to be careful with is the size of the plug, thats awfully bug to be wearing for long periods. I use stick to plugs around 2" for long periods.
