People who can't deal with the tastes of drugs

Why do people always seem to have some sort of issue with the taste of drugs? I say this because I just got morning glory seeds for the first time (not taking them yet, but weighed them... they ripped me off .1g ) and I ate a busted up one from the bottom of the bag, tasted just fine... I think the same is true for shrooms, weed, salvia, and a host of other drugs that a lot of people complain about. What gives? You want the tracers without the taste? pussy much?

Only drug I can't stand the taste of that I've tried is cough syrup... and I can take the taste of DXM, just not cherry menthol.... Puking something natural, I can handle, having the flavor I associate with sickness stuck in my sinuses, not so easy to handle. So I have my limits... But I don't drink cough syrup, instead of putting silly flavor changing drops on it or something.

Also, a lot of those same people will say things about drugs being "gross" in their pure form... No bitch, I dun think so, you don't get to take MY drugs after talking shit about them. Aint nothin gross about one plant compared to another, just cause you haven't seen it in the supermarket or tv... :coffee:

i dunno valium has a very bitter taste, i just chew them and hold it under my tongue, it works faster that way..

My point was quite the opposite, everyone else seems to have some hardcore taste buds, because I seem to be missing some unpleasent flavors. I don't mean chemical drugs, they do tend to taste nasty in general, but particularly naturals, and specifically psychedelics often taste good, at least to me.

In actuality, everyone's taste buds are different. That's why some people can eat spicy food and some can't handle it. Perhaps yours are just especially unique, so at to not only be able to handle certain drugs (my aunt can't do shrooms. she just can't handle the taste. She's tried everything to be able to but just can't.) but actually enjoy their flavor.

 

I got used to the taste of k so I kinda like it. Mephadrone is still rank. Weed is the ultimate taste.

Worst drug I ever tasted was raw mescaline. Nothing made it any easier to eat, and it took like half a cup of that nasty cactus powder to trip.

 

shrooms taste awful, and the texture makes it twice as bad.

Yes people are certainly pussy for ingesting substances that their taste buds are warning not to consume and the drugs taste that way as a warning it doesn't want to be eaten.

It actually bothers me more when people are doing a drug that obviously tastes like shit and pretend it doesn't bothers them. This is the "head" equivalent to when frat boys are punching each other in the arm and claim that they don't feel anything. Or the douchebag teenager who's drinking shitty tequila and saying it tastes good. My dad's a raging alchie and he still makes liquor faces.

Some of my favorite drugs are xanax, shrooms and 2cb. Xanax and shrooms tatse like asshole, always have always will. And 2cb is always gonna make my nose feel like its ripping inside out. But does that make me a pussy? I don't think so.

I like the taste and texture of shrooms personally.

I've had horrible tasting shwag and some really bad brownies as well.

 

shrooms taste like sunflower seed shells to me which i'm indifferent too. They certainly are not as terrible as I heard before I tried them, although I will say with increased use my body tended to reject them more.
