I did not loos mine until i was 18 however though sex is highly enjoyable but i do think it should be saved for that one person that you would like to spend the rest of your life with or at least someone that you have a strong connection with.

Well, I have not read through all these posts, but I read the first few. I had a group of me and three friends and I was the last to lose my virginity. Only by a few months, but I still felt somehow left behind. But I see now it wasn't a race. Besides, I am the only one still seeing the same person now, two years later that I lost my virginity to. But that also is not a competition. It will happen. Just talk to girls and get to know them. We tend to like that. I suppose some of us don't, but anyone worth your time probably will.

it's hard to be a virgin? ok, i'll agree if you mean hard as in unpleasant, but it seems like you're saying avoiding sex is difficult, and i can't imagine how that would be the case unless you got raped or something.

and there are tons of kind guys; they're just not having sex.

It is not a big deal. Go be a stupid teen and learn more about yourself. Go do stuff without a care in the world, improve as a person and don't concentrate on getting some. That will improve your chances

Go for the au pairs

Seriously, never even been with any of the locals in my town. Quite a few people from Cork city and the rest have been au pairs. Gets way easier when you turn 18. Much easier

The au pairs tend to be better looking and more interesting anyway :tongue:

Theyre the ones that come over from foreign countries to live with a family and for some reason they get paid for it...thats basically it.

Loads of them around for the Summer though, all over the country. Most of the girls I meet in town are au pairs (thats in pubs though), try and find a pub that doesnt ID and youre probably sorted

I have been in a similar situation. Although I lost my virginity when I was eighteen, I didn't become a Herculean sex god. Most days - no, actually years! - I didn't get laid. (Long story, so don't ask)

I was hanging out with a group comprised of two couples. So we'd hang around the house, smoke weed, drink either rum or brandy, then I'd be tripping to Dave Matthews and pretty soon they'd be making out. In front of me. Sometimes, one couple would disappear. Then the next would follow. Then after a while I'd get up to go to the bathroom only to find the door locked. Then I'd hear heavy breathing inside. I'd go to the other bathroom. Same thing: door locked, heavy breathing.

It sucked being the fifth wheel - except for the weed.

These days, I actually am a sex god - but only to my wife, who is my sex goddess.

 

While I know that I have nymphomanic tendencies since I was about a pre-teen, I only lost my virginity about a year ago to the guy who is now my fiance, Shadow Walker Surprisingly, we were each other's first time. Not much of that occurs anymore, but it just happened. ^_^ My own opinion, don't do it until you feel it's right. It's always best with someone you love <3

 

Thats a misconception me and my friends figured one day idly walking on the street. The idea that girls don't like kind gentlemen is wrong. You describe yourself as a bit of a nerd so i will assume that don't get out as much as the rest of your peers. Well think about it... the same will be true of girls who behave in a more 'classy' (for want of a better word) manner. They're out there but harder to find because they're not putting themselves out there. I don't find it too hard to imagine girls saying the same thing about gentlemen. Virginity's not so bad and I hear sex is overrated considering what teenagers make of it.

^ Sex is not overrated. Anyone who tells you that probably sucks at it or something. Losing your virginity may be overrated because for alot of us it was kind of awkward the first time. Once you start having more confidence in the bedroom(or wherever) though and gain some experience sex is amazing.

What's the big deal about being a virgin anyway? Everyone starts out being one, some lose it sooner in life, some later.

So you're a virgin, and I'm a virgin. One more time, what's the big deal about that? Whether you are virgin or not doesn't change who you are, or make you any cooler or lamer. What makes you cooler or lamer depends on how you perceive sex, and how you treat your partner.

If you're going to worry about being a virgin, just do that if you're still a virgin on your deathbed.

Well I AM a sex god... but I'm a nerd and was a virgin until i was halfway from 18 to 19. And I've still only had sex with one girl, a few times, over a period of like 2-3 weeks...

So you shouldn't be worrying yet. It doesn't feel any different when I wake up in the morning.... in fact, it really wasen't nearly as good as I'd hoped, at all....
