its my first time doing shrooms and im planning on splitting an eighth with my friend....does this sound about right?
It might not be a very strong trip, but that would work. I took 2 grams my first time, and wished I had taken more. If you take that, you might want to take the whole eighth next time.
can you get more? If so do a whole 1/8 and have someone sober there to watch you two and ignore any other comments after this one.
if you can get more get more, but you could have a very nice trip on a half-eighth. its up to you with the right set and setting an eighth could be ideal minimum 3 grams is not true. people trip hard on less. i had a very nice trip on almost 2.5
^ oh the softies are here. This is why I said what I said. You can have a nice buzz off 2.5 grams but take an 1/8 for a trip. The idea with mushrooms is to bang your system for the full experience. To be honest Id never recommend a sober person to be there. Best for an experienced tripper, and I dont just mean someone whos tripped a few times before. Always detracts fromt he experience having a non tripper there, especially with mushrooms.
Sure if he has an experienced tripped at his disposal. Taking 1/8 with a sober person beats taking 1.75 grams with no sitter tho. My first trip I was in my own world it didnt matter if the people around me were trippin, sober, white or japanese.
I don't like to trip w/ sober people, it kills the high. They don't understand what is going on at all. Not many ppl have experienced ppl that will sit them and not dose. I'm not watching someone on psyches and not dosing.. Do it right and eat a quarter.
take into consideration some trippers arent ready or can handle mind blowing experiences. 2 grams can be what some people are looking for
Yea, a friend of mine ate 1.5g and will never eat any again he tripped so hard. But I always say jump in and take the dive. Matters how strong the psychedelia is in you I guess.
I don't even consider an 1/8th mindblowing. I consider that a trip. I am sure some can have mindblowing experiences from that but I am pretty sensitive to psychs. Yes there are some potent mushrooms out there that you could probably trip good on in about 2 grams but even if that's so it will just be that much better at an 1/8.
Don't trip with sober people. Half an eighth is ok for your first time if that's all you got. If they are very strong, you will actually trip hard. They are likely average to weak though, in which case you will not so much "trip" as just be "high", feel happy, feel horny, feel good, etc. I had a psychedelic apocalypse from 2.5g, experienced cosmic union, blinded with visions, the whole shebang. Mushrooms are a bitch that way, don't know if you're gonna get a buzz or gonna get your face melted to the floor
The problem with mushrooms is you never know how potent they are, or how well they are stored. If you've never tried them before, then you don't know how sensitive you are to them. My first trip on Shrooms was BAD. Taking it easy your first time might be a good thing. You could always start with a gram or two, then wait an hour or two to see if you want more.
Hrmmm my first trip was certainly overwhelming but it made me have respect for them well afterwards. I just lied on the floor from 45 minutes after ingestion when they kicked in to 2 + hours, I don't regret taking that much at all. I could be totally off base here but people suggesting these low doses may be why mushrooms seem to be so expensive now. The last person who tried to sell some to my friend and I for $30 an 1/8. FUCK THAT!
I ate 2g with him and tripped hard that day, so I know how intense it was for him. I had to sit all the way through, which was fine. It was a great bonding experience.

Yea, and I eat more than one.. I never pay that much, I get oz's for 150 when I am not growing them. I see that as a pretty good price, and they are always fire.
