Hi, I was wondering if anybody in the Central New Jersey area can recommend a company or instructor that comes to your home to teach you yoga/meditation?

What I do is, I work from YogaZone DVD's. They seem to have just the right mix of visual and auditory instruction.

i do think it's best to learn yoga from a live person. there are moves and transitions that need to be done in a specific manner in order to not harm the body. a human instructor will be able to tell her what she is doing incorrectly, that she may not realize on her own. for example, someone thinking his/her back was straight when raising the back and body into an upright position. that among other more intricate moves as well.
