hi there peeps i recevied 1000mg this mornning of AMT i have been assured by my vendor (i asked him 3 times stating that it was rather important he was positive of his answer) that the substance is AMT and def nt 5-meo. i recevied this substance from a UK site so completly legal. i have never tried AMT before but i was thinking about safty and the great deal of mix ups with thee 2 substances i have read in the past. i am 98% positive that what i have obtained is AMT as am sure the vendor would not lie about something rather quite seriouse. the subtance is very small ammount but still weighs up is an of yellowish crystaline powder and has a very pungent smell of tryptimine. Instead of risking a very bad trip/my life with a respons from a vendor i am planning on dosing this up for the first time as if i had recevied 5-meo-AMT as in take 4 - 5mg this should be a safe way to find out for sure with this dose range of AMT only being just a threshold dose and there is massive time diffrences in come up between these substances. what do people think this is my best option - altho i am prity sure i have AMT i am not prepared to do a first dose of around 30mg this would just be silly? thoughts?? no no i am rather experinced with Research chemicals trying over 20 diffrent kinds. am prity sure i can cap up 4mg and swallow it myself thanks just wanted to kno if this was my best option and also does a regent test define between AMT and 5-meo-AMT?? Psyko
I'm not sure about the appearance of 5-meo-amt and I know appearance can vary greatly from batch to batch. Your description of AMT sounds like some HCL I received a while ago although I'm sure its a different batch. The strong tryptamine smell is a give away too, even worse than dmt imo. here is a link to a thread with various drugs(5-meo-amt & amt are there but you need different reagants) with reagant testing & color information
i would agree it is the strongest tryp smell i have smelt much sthan stronger than DMT it almost made me gag/sick just smelling the stuff.
If it has a very potent odor it's probably aMT. 5-meo-amt is more expensive and harder to source, aMT is the new UK rave now that the BK's have been banned. You most likely have aMT and should just dose. But you could be safe and prolong your nice experience with a 4-5mg dose to make sure. eace:
AMT is stinky, stinky weather or not it's the HCl salt of the free base. 5-MeO-AMT smells kind of sickly, but it does not stink. If it stinks, it's AMT. Problem solved.
Yea, 5-meo-amt doesn't quite stink, but it has a distinct smell. aMT really does have that strong tryptamine odor.
take ~2mg...if you get high, then it's 5-meo-amt. if not, then eat at least 20 more mg and start dancing.

yeah amt reeks hardcore. super pungent. i wonder how op's experience went. i have been a bit turned off from it because i tend to abuse it. it's quite nice, if you can bear the body load
Almost certainly amt, as someone stated it's one of the new hot uk drugs since the meph ban. Test a couple mgs to be sure. If it is you have a real winner. 5meo-amt on the other hand ranks with datura on the never again even if you pay me list.
Its fun, but I think AMT is best at like the 40-50mg range. If you take less then its super lethargic to the point of annoyance. Plus, its lasts 14 hours easy. So if you take 3mg and wait an hour it wont ruin your trip just to double check.
yea, lower doses of amt are pretty lethargic for me, but as soon as i heard loud electronic music i was running around. it seemed to me like "stimmy" was about to start at 25mg, but still chilley chill...until i ate the 2c-b, then it was SPEEDY
