I'd say they've screwed me over way more than helped me out, besides, I wouldn't need em anyway if I could let my AK do my talking for me.
fuck that is so sick. it makes me mad as fuck. are police like that anywhere but america? seems i only see shit like this in america. fuck police brutality. gah. im in a bad mood now.
Is it wrong that the dogs are what I really feel bad about? That's fucking awful though. I mean, I don't hate police in general because there are some good ones out there but there are so many that are fucked in the head and definitely shouldn't be in the line of work they're in.
It's worthwhile for people to educate themselves on how to properly deal with the police and protect yourself from them. Anyone who has been on the receiving end of a bad encounter with the police will probably agree. It could be the result of a case of mistaken identity, a person accusing you of doing something that you didn't, a bored constipated cop who enjoys picking on certain people he doesn't like, etc. Many people don't know what their rights are and do everything a cop tells them to do, in part because they went through 12 years of formal schooling teaching them blind obedience to authority. Many who get arrested voluntarily talk themselves into the arrest. There are citizen's groups, seminars, college courses, town hall forums, and other venues where you can learn what your rights are and how to properly deal with the police. It's basically risk management, much like completing a driver's or boater's safety course, a self-defense class, or a course in how to protect yourself from muggings, rape, etc. .
And cops wonder why we hate them so much It would be hard to resist attempting to murder someone if they shot my dog.
If that were to happen, granted, I would be none too pleased. As an aside: Here are a couple of more articles relating to this incident. An investigation is still on going, as per usual. Seems there are some other issues regarding even the warrant. As of now there has been no lawsuit filed against the police department, perhaps that will follow pending the outcome of the inquiry. http://www.columbiatribune.com/news/2010/may/06/chief-details-swat-incident/ http://www.columbiatribune.com/news/2010/may/03/drug-raid-inquiry-is-ongoing/
When I heard about this I called the columbia crime stopper number where you report crime and other tomfoolery. Anyway I called to report the murder of innocent dogs in a recent police raid. The guy was pretty pissed, haha, and insisted that this wasn't a line that should be tied up for that and that I should call the columbia missouri internal affairs because they were the ones investigating it. So tomorrow morning I will be calling them. I know it probably won't get much done, but the way I see it the more people who call and complain the more trouble there scapegoat will get in. Contact: Lloyd Simons Internal Affairs Unit Sergeant (573) 874-7606 Contact: Jessie Haden Public Information Officer (573)-874-7448 I got these numbers from a February Columbia Internal Affairs press release.
They won't even get into trouble for that shit. At most, they'll get a short suspension. That's how it usually works anyway
no actually... all we really need is a gun. police are just people who carry guns. and can get away with what ever they want. yep. theres no need what so ever for police if it wasnt so damn hard for citizens to protect themselves with out having to worry about going to jail for self defence. i dont know, but probably not. hahahah. police are criminals. Even the ones that dont know it. They all break traffic laws all the time and then go around and give people tickets for doing the same thing. lol yeah. what do you mean what you really feel bad about? I feel bad for the dog and the owner. I would be so furious and sad if that happened to me. My dog is like my best friend. I like how someone on the comments of that site posted that if we kill a police dog its murder but if they kill our dogs its justice. or some bull shit like that... I think there are less good ones that not... Most get into the line of work just so they can get around all the small things that they can get away with.
Yes , but unfortunatley none of that is going to stop them doing what ever they want on a swat raid.... Its such bull shit. I also like how the cop tried ASKING the dude what his name is and then he says its his right to know. Bull shit. no it isnt. He has the right to remain silent. And, why the hell would the cops be raiding his house if they dont even know his name. I love seeing videos on youtube and stuff of people putting police in their place. They think theyre the shit 24/7 but really its only when they are hired and ON THE JOB. Yes i know. I also like how the home owner says that they are good dogs and were probably comming to play with the police. I hope that cop never forgets that. AND what the fuck is with the police trying to charge them with child endangerment for having a pipe and some weed, when they OPEN FUCKING FIRE in their house while their kid is in it.
That is exactly how i feel. I would be way beyond pissed. Thanks, good job! No, they probably wont. They should be jailed for animal cruelty or something. Thats what they would do to someone who ISNT a police officer if they shot a dog...
At least I can say I pissed off some police officers in the process. Trust me I know how this shit works, at most some cop will get a small slap on the wrist, and thats IF they scapegoat someone. But I could tell from the tone of the one guys voice I was not the only person who called him. Or maybe I should wait for Obama on his white horse (no pun intended) to come and change this for me. To save the day. Nah, I think I will stir some turds with the Columbia Police Department
