I'm going to get several tattoos in a year or 2 and I was just wondering if you knew any good places in Washington D.C. or Baltimore? I'd really appreciate it
I don't know but recommend going into several potential artist's shops and take a good look for yourself. Look at bunches of photographs of their work. Don't settle for any one right away, you can get done by the one you decide is the best.
theres a really really really good place in stafford called 'All Amercian" awesome artists and pretty good prices. theres a shop in fairfax called 'Marlowe Ink' theyre all really good there as well but they charge out the ass. i know theres a ton in dc, ive seen a few but i dont know anyone whos been to them. ive heard that 'Jinx Proof' is really good too. that ones in north west dc , on M street i think.
