Hi old crone, I did check the Forum Guidelines. Bbad told me that if the link was relevant to the thread, which it was, it was allowed. Now you have erased my reading for somebody, an investment of energy by myself and the other person - did you do the kindness of forwarding the reading to them by PM before deleting the whole thing?

@ Uma. Dont post in this Forum section, you can use other sections of the the Hip Forum to discuss your topic. Either the Weird Bizarre or Random Thoughts section til your accustomed with the forum guidelines and its members. If The Blog is yours, you can add it to your homepage contact. If the Blog belongs to an other outside entity- It will not be as Welcome due to the fact you are a Newbie to Hip Forum. And this community though we welcome newcomers its difficult to sort out the Spam when a newcomer is directing our members to another site/blog.. thanks..

Yeah, I must have forgotten about the 100-post rule. After seeing orison's post I can kind of understand about chasing people off who obviously came here just to advertise their business. I mean, we have ongoing conversations about lots of stuff with lots of viewpoints and nuances here - it's almost like family for me, and I think others feel the same. It's nice when newbies want to contribute to ongoing discussions or ask a question or start a new discussion on some subject as opposed to going directly for our wallets with no foreplay whatsoever. But we also like to give people a chance to try out their reading skills and methodologies, and if that's what you're all about I'd like to see what you can do. So anyway it's clear to me that I can't PM you yet. Looks like we have a few other options: (1) You could start your thread over again here, only leave out the external links, (2) you could follow orison's suggestions, or (3) I could post my question directly on your profile page for all to see who visit there, and you can answer me in the same way, so it posts on my profile page. So wuddya think? Pick your poison, Uma. One advantage of starting a new thread would be that you would get to that 100-post cutoff faster...just a thought.
