what do you guys think is the average dose of common blotter? 100 ug? i know it varies a lot. what do you think is the most reasonable, but LOW dose on blotters? i mean if you get slight visuals, body high, music enhancement, but not much head trip for a hit or two....what do you think could be the LEAST amount on that tab? 25 ug? 50 ug? i recently acquired some blotter confirmed ~200 ug/hit. i'm wondering if my last blotters were REALLY weak so that 4 of those hits don't even equal one of these new ones. i guess that's why i'll start with just one, but i'm excited to finally do a high dose of L. the most i'll probably take is 4. i think it will be neat to try to determine the potency of my previous tabs, based on the strength of these ones. obviously it won't be very accurate, but it's just for my enjoyment.
According to DEA records of LSD confiscated during the 80's was between 20-80ugs per dose, I would imagine it is still probably about the same. http://www.druglibrary.org/SCHAFFER/dea/pubs/lsd/LSD-5.htm lots of good info on that page.
^ he's usually got the best resources. and personally if i had to guess the "weak" acid we get around here is probably between 20-50 a tab also seeing as they're never fucking cut right. if you really do have ~200micrograms that'd be hell a ride and id take two at first just to see how it goes XD
LSD has noticeable effects in humans at around 20ugs I still contend that most would be surprised at how strong 100ugs of LSD actually is. I believe part of the misconception is much as it was when LSD was first discovered, namely that nothing can be that potent in such a small dose. Also the fact that the difference between an effective dose and a lethal dose is astronomical tends to lead to an overstating of the strength of doses. Remember, a vast majority of the research and writings from early research and use was in the 100-200ug range. I think people have mistakenly gotten the notion that 250 ugs is a standard dose because that was what Hoffman took to verify the effects he had on an unknown quantity. His boss upon reading his report found it unbelievable and took a dose that was approx 75ug and tripped balls! Sandoz marketed Delysid (trade name for LSD-25) in 25ug pills and 100ug ampules. So what would be the point in marketing those dosages if triple that was needed? LSD is more potent then some dealers want you to know. Porkstock, if you got hits that are really 200ugs per dose, consider yourself lucky indeed. Hell I'd be happy with any right now and if I got some of a known and verified strength I would be really thrilled.
the "US blues" tabs i got last summer were "150 ugs" but they were cut small and probably not 150 to begin with. so i'd say those were at least 25 ug since i could trip from 1.5 hits. i also got some white on white that i determined to be stronger than the "us blues," but not by much. if that stuff was around 50 ug/hit, then i took 200 ug. so i will take one of these new ones (perforated hoffmans) and see how it compares to my last trip on 4 hits then i'll take 2 or 3 and of course i will report back with my findings
You can't tell unless you have equipment that only a chemist should have, and because it is clandestine it can not be 100% pure, I think most are suppsoed to be 100, but end up being 80 or so.
an older friend who's estimated taking over 1000 hits of lsd in her life said that in them if 90's they were 100ug, now they average around 50 or 60, but the grass is always greener, and she says sometimes it's as powerful as it used to be.
for me to measure any psychedelic would be like trying to measure the water ive taken in my lifetime..
Seeing as I usually need 3 to 4 to be in the zone I'd say maybe like 40-60 ug per average blotter I run into.
I generally only need two WoW's and I'm wired for sound. Ive got some dancing bear blotters and some liquid to try out but I've yet to find anything that compares to the WoW, though what I'm hearing about these bears has me drooling to say the least.
Yeah from all of the stuff I have run across I'd say that 50 to 75 ug's at the most. I've tried the WoW and some Hoffman and a bit of Pokemon blotter Pokemon was the lowest, I'd have to say that might have been 30 Ug's If you want to get a bit more potency I'd say look for liquid as it is my belief that a drop of good liquid is normally about 100 ug's
