Lighting for just a couple weeks of growth?

Hey guys what kind of lighting do I need to just grow my seedlings a couple inches? I plan on having all 15 of them in VERY close proximity in a rapid rooters tray. (they're all within an area about 1 1/2 feet x 1 1/2 feet)

So ya, not looking to buy the whole full scale thing, just something that'll get my plants a couple inches of height at which point I will be moving outdoors.

I've read a few guides but I'm not sure if I really need to go all out since I'm only growing a couple weeks inside...

I was thinking of going with this, it looks like just the right thing:

Id just get a florescent fixture of some sort and some plant/aquarium bulbs to go with it. I use a 2ft regular ole fixture with those lights andset a desk fan a blowin on em, works like a dream. I keep the plants about two or three inches from the lights, definatly want them close.

BTW, I used to have that set up in my kitchen and sprout my beans with like some tomaters and peppers too, and noone was the wiser! ;]
