If anyone would like to, please post: where you bought your salvia, what kind of salvia you bought (ex. extracts, leaves, etc...), and how much you paid. I have become very interested in this plant, and without ever smoking cigarettes or doing any other form of a drug, I don't want to overpay for something that may not affect me. Thank you.
If you live in the UK the guy on this site http://www.salvia-divinorum-scotland.co.uk/ is giving away free samples of dried salvia leaf, you just have to send an SAE.
Warning: Don't post the name of where you got your salvia on the boards. Feds are constantly looking at boards like these for places that may sell drugs ... and since psychoactives like salvia *MIGHT* be covered under the Schedule I drugs act ... technically they aren't, but feds will make busts for things like salvia because they're morons. Either way, it just gets the dealer into a world of shit ... posting your dealer's name on forums like this is like betraying your dealer. Don't do it. Sorry, scyrusurcys. =(
It's "100% legal" in the United States, too, but despite the fact that Bush is a moron and Tony Blair is his European puppet, do you STILL want to risk exposing your dealer? Here's a crappy scene: Guy 1: Where can I get drug x? Guy 2: Go to blah-blah.com and buy drug x, it's legal. Guy 1: Haha, I'm actually a cop, and I'm going to shut this place down. Guy 2: You can't do that. Guy 1: I'm the law. Watch me, dickhead. Who said the government has to obey their own laws? They never do to begin with; not in the U.S., not in the U.K., they don't do that anywhere. Just because it's legal doesn't mean you should wave a giant banner above your head and attract attention; that's how you MAKE things illegal to begin with. =\ It's a sad story, I know, but keep the safety of your suppliers in mind; I'm sure none of them want to be arrested or have to put up with BS from the law.
Woops! I had no idea what I was getting into, there. I just thought since it was legal that it would be no problem to ask for referals. But seriously, if the government wanted to crack down on salvia dealers, wouldn't Google be their first choice? The first 3 or 4 pages of the search "Salvia divinorum" are of companies that sell the product. I guess the government IS wierd like that. Hughh... some UNITED states we are . Oh well . . . ( Thanks for the warning and the e-mail, Hikaru! )
This rating site has less vendors, but a bit more description. There are price tables so you can compare the extracts they offer and how much they cost. http://www.salviasuppliers.com
