School's are FUCKED!

So today my buddy gets pulled out of class by an administrator and school resource officer. They take him down to the office and the administrator said that when she saw him in the hallway he looked high because his eyes were red and he looked "disoriented"
This particular friend of mine had to quit smoking a couple weeks back because he's already about to start his career working for CAT and they do drug tests, so he was not high at school today, and hasn't been high at all since mid April.

So anyways, they do a bunch of tests to see if he's high. They told him it would take 5 minutes, but because he kept passing it went on for an hour. Touching his finger to his nose, that sort of stuff. They took his blood pressure, which was high and they said that because of that and his red eyes they determined he was under the influence of marijuana.
I hangout with this kid several days a week and I know for a fact just by the way he acts he has high blood pressure all the fucking time. Basically, long story short, they kicked him out of school because he had a high blood pressure and red eyes. His mom had to come pick him up because they wouldn't let him drive.
I went to pick him up from his house today so I could take him to his truck, and when I got there his mom was on the phone with a lawyer. He's got an appointment set up to get drug tested at a lab tomorrow so he can show the results to the school administration and then they're going to take them to court to sue them.
How fucked up is that though? This kid smoked pot for 4 years at this high school, and when he finally quits smoking and only has SEVEN days left of high school, they try to bust him for being high.
I hope to god he gets rich from suing the shit out of them. Fucking ridiculous.
So glad I only have 7 days left in there.

He can't come back to school for the rest of the year. I'm not sure what that means in terms of graduation, he would probably have to take a few weeks of summer school or something.
After he gets that drug test + lawyer up their asses i'm sure he'll graduate just fine

Ghey Hopefully he'll be able to get some money outta those fucks. I'd be pist of as hell if I was kicked out of school that close to graduation, especially if I didn't do anything wrong.

I just hope he can already pass a drug test. Otherwise, he won't be able to do shit about it.

Dude that sucks ass. I remember in Grade 11, I used to get high everyday. One day I didn't have weed so I was sober at school. The teacher sent me to the office under suspicion of being high. I talked my way out, unfortunately for your buddy the teachers weren't as easy to convince.

 

The administrator that saw him looking "disoriented" is a complete bitch who's definitely out to get him. Thankfully i've only had to deal with her once cause I stay low key at school.
And yeah it's a public school.

yeah, I drove him to the headshop today so he could buy "The Simple Solution" which is the synthetic pee belt that I have. So just in case he is dirty (which i'm almost positive he probably still is after daily pot smoking for years) he'll still pass the test

 

i basically got caught smoking a joint in the bathroom in grade 11. i denied denied denied, but they found rolling papers in my wallet. i only got kicked off the tennis team. i think i was sent home early that day. my old high school is a lot more strict these days though, from what i hear. they have their own drug dog. and my graduating class was 82 students. (i was #2 btw)

 

I was kicked out of two schools within one semester for smoking marijuana. lol

 

bro that same shit happened to me about 2002. i come in and i actually was high but i was not an out of the ordinary student. i did my work, got decent grades, took care of business in school and went home for the day. that day they called me in the office with the resource officer they said i walked by them in the hallway and they smelled me, so they patted me and went right over the 8th in the cargo pocket of my khakis, i thought i was gonna die. they drug tested me still and expelled me for the a month. but i left with my 8th in my pocket. what a dumb cop

 

I went to High School in Detroit as long as we did not shoot anybody they did not give a flying fuck.

 

You just get a 10 day suspension here if your caught with a small amount.

When I got kicked out of the first school, the teacher smelled me from all the way across the room. I had 3-4 pre-rolled joints in a baggy in my pocket, but I was able to dump them in the trash while I was following my teacher to the principal's office, so they didn't find any weed on me. My stoned ass totally forgot I had a knife in my pocket though, so they found it. They put me in handcuffs and everything and were gonna take me to jail, since I was 18 at the time, but the principal asked the cop not to arrest me and I was just expelled from school and banned from going to any school in the county. I ended up going to night school and was eventually expelled from there when they gave me a drug test for being late for class one day. Twas shitty.

my sister told me they started doing this at our high school now. she said kids are ratting each other out about coming to school high and so they have to go to the nurses offices and the nurse will decide if they are high or not. f-ing ridiculous.
