If somebody could help that would be awesome... My little brother (he's 18) was diagnosed with bipolar disorder about a year and a half ago, and since then he hasn't gotten any better--probably a lot worse. He refuses to continue therapy...he'll go, love it, then say it's not helping and quit. He won't take his medication (which has been discontinued anyway since he won't got to the therapist)...and when he does, he mixes it with nerve pills. He took it for a while without doing anything else and the improvement was awesome...after that he decided he would be fine without it and went back off of it again. He's suicidal and I keep getting the feeling i'm going to find him lying dead somewhere..all he talks about (when he cycels down like this) is how much he'd love to be dead, but he doesn't want to hurt anyone...i'm just afraid that he's at the point where he doesn't care. I do't know how to get him help or what to do. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me out here...thank you.
If you are worried that he will harm himself, then you need to get help for him, go speak to a doctor or someone.
