i was looking into goa, and i though it would make a nice holiday. i do smoke weed lot and dabble in other drugs occasionally and even if i were to go to north goa in a place like anjuna, if i bought then used drugs and got caught somehow what would happen? ive heard that its frowned upon and there are harsh jail laws, then ive heard its almost legal. so whats the real story?
i just looked it up and i too got mixed answers. i think if you be careful and dont blow puffs of smoke in a cops face then you will be alright, but then again ive never been so i dont know
