Very interesting comment today. I met a long lost "relative" by barefooting!

I was standing in line at the gas station, and I noticed that the lady who was standing next to me was bending over looking closely at the ground around where my feet were. After a while I looked at her, and she said "don't mind me, I'm just looking at your feet". I said OK sort of quizzically not knowing what to make of it. Then she said, I just wanted to see if we are related. Apparently, there is something called "mitochondrial dna" and you can look at someone's toes and have a good idea of if you are related in some way. She said that there was a study and it found that all people were born from 7 original mothers, and after looking at my toes, she concluded that we are likely related. Didn't completely understand, but interesting nonetheless. I like how people out here are so laid back about bare feet

Wow! It's quite interesting how we come across more and more reasons to just go barefoot every day!

So I would imagine that that means either long toes or short? Maybe 2nd to is longest or maybe third is. Big toe is longest? Wonder what the others might be?
