How many people out there have heard of responsible stimulant usage? I'm talking about the using of stimulants for productive/positive resulting outcomes, while taking the proper care through knowledge and experience to maintain things such as hygiene/hydration/food/social interaction/rest/mental relaxation/ Keeping up on all these things while using stimulants so that one never casts the anchor out there while off shore to wait for the bad weather to cast over. Just like a ship you need to know when to return to shore, stimulants can be used as catalysts to experience/achieve/ new heights. It's when people forget that stimulants don't replace things like food, friends, maturity, hydration, feelings, intuition, life, etc. That people end up getting hurt by the superficial feeling of taking a drug to fill a hole with something that can only make the hole bigger. Never bow before a drug, at most level with it. . . There's a fine line between using and abusing. . .
That's one good example of responsible outcomes while stimulants being used as a catalyst to help achieve something. A++
i hate stimulants for the most part...and use them for adhd. so i guess most of my use is responsible...aside from coke. i doubt i've ever used coke responsibly
I was watching 60 minutes last night, and they had a segment on the use of neural enhancement drugs (Stimulant drugs used for ADD) Apparently it is becoming quite acceptable to use Adderall, Provigl, Phentermine, ect. in college. A recent study showed that nearly 80% of graduate students are using neural enhancement drugs to get that grade that they want. the same study showed that nearly all of that 80% expected a 2 letter grade increase when taking neural enhancement drugs. That is hard to argue with eh? I see no harm other than the addictive potential. But even then, adderall has a much lower potential for addiction than amphetamines that you would find on the street. One other argument is that the effects of neural enhancement drugs can take away some creativity. Because "getting it done" is much more important than finding a "more elegant" solution when under the influence of neural enhancement drugs. it's quite acceptable for people to ask you to share you perscriptions with them around finals. ..vultures.
I've actually used cocaine responsibly, as a pure baseline energy increaser to function at work. 50-100mg every 1-3 hours will keep you going but is nowhere near enough to be "coked out". It's like a superior caffeine alternative, albeit much more expensive other than that haven't really touched any stims.
i ran record numbers at work on meth one night with my partner... our bosses loved us that night... but they couldnt figure out why the next 3 nights there was so much downtime lol we told them we ran the machine into the ground
Though I'm anti-stim and pro-depressive, an associate interestingly told me he uses MDPV as a coffee alternative. Couple mg in the morning to keep alert levels up through the work hours. I'd go overboard trying to regulate that - too much up - requiring a way down to get back to base - and recycle daily to continue... :willy_nilly::coffee::willy_nilly::coffee:
that's about how i use adderall...i usually have more fun just having adhd, then being high on adderall, so it's not at all like getting high for me unless i take something else with it. mdpv was similar [though more so to methylphenidate], though the few times i smoked it it was more like taking a drug. the smoked doses were 6-10mg, and the oral were usually 4-8 mg. peevee's not a very good study aid, just FYI and most of the time i took it, i opted for some diazepam to crash out after, which isn't necessary for a low dose of adderall for me.
