You could have cellulitis. Go to a doctor.

If it itches, it a bacterial infection.

The cream will work, and I know so because I had this once. As a sports player who wears a cup, it can be pretty easy to get these sorts of rashes in area's that trap heat. It's nothing to worry about, it's quite common. I caught it because hockey kit is hard to clean often

Use the cream, it will work. Sounds like you are dealing with a simple case of heat rash or something.

Oh, wait there, I misread your post.

If it is on your johnson, then I have no idea. What I was explaining was more the leg around that area. Even still, the cream will work in time buddy.

I've had poison oak in that location.

See a doctor. I believe you when you say its not an STD.
See a doctor, just 'cause its not an STD doesn't mean its OK.

It could very well be heat rash, try not having anything on as much as possible. Let the air at it. Also dust the area with cornstarch after the cream is absorbed as it will take moisture away from your skin. If it does not subside though with that and the cream very soon you should see your doctor again.

Id watch out with lotions and tiger balm and all that... I had the old Chaffe last year, my taint was so raw, when I put on even an extra soothing cream it burned, what I did was just use a lot of hot water and soap it down + time.. like a week

but I didnt have the rash on my Cock.. that sounds pretty bad actually..

ive been looking up on health message boards looks like it is fungal or related to sweat as i have been sweating a lot, gonna try and keep it dry with some organic gold bond type stuff and supplement with cream thanks all and if anyone else has any advice it will be welcomed i really dont want to have to go to the dermatologist

gold bond is good...if its powder use the orange not the green one

the green one is ok if you're gonna be naked for a while but do nott use it and then put clothes on

and dont try tiger balm..that was just a joke

I had the same thing several months ago and it was jock itch. First time in my life I had it. Not pleasant. Took a couple of weeks to get rid of it.

Keep your jewels dry! perfect environment for bacteria/fungus.
