so emotional this week

what the hell is going on? I was so damn good for so long. This divorce shit seems to be catching up to me. I blamed the full moon, oh right that was last month... butyeah I had my PMS it came and went and I'm still exhausted and cryng sporadically. Please DO NOT judge me for cryin' !!!!

I cried to my boss this morning, I cried to my kid on wednesday, I friggin held my friend's shirt all night and cried into that. I cried to my mom and dad after coming back from my lawyers... my dad is super sick and has 4 brain tumors and lung cancer and I'm crying to him!

I do not like it.

Separations and Divorces are an emotional wringer. No matter how well you cope at times, there will just be times you do not.

Try to find something that makes you feel better while doing it. Sounds easy aye.

I took a lot of baths, looked like a single prune when I was finally divorced.

Hang in there and if you need to cry, do it.

thanks... It's my oldest daughter's birthday and I just cried listening to the song that was playing at her birth. I am a quiet crieer so it is not disturbing.

I'm going to a sweatlodge on sunday, I hope that might do the trick.

I'm crying now.

I guess it's good to feel at least.

I'm not sad over anything in particular though. I can't pinpoint it.

 

Maybe you need to just give yourself permission to cry without feeling badly about doing it. From the little you said here you have more than enough stress and reasons to feel stress.

Crying is a stress breaker for most people. Rather than a weakness it can be a strength. Maybe you just need to.

Wish I could be more help. It will get better, just always seems to take so long to get better.

thanks... again. Still feeling weepy today but I dressed up nice and am takingmy daughter to my bestfriend's for a party.

The texting argument I had with my husband this morning didn't help, but now I blocked his number from my phone.

I found this card that says "Hey your husband is drowing!" and its these two women looking quite happily over the side of a boat. I love it. Giving it to my friend today.
(she has an ex who is a pilot and womanizer)
