its gonna be my first time and idk what to do... she has had sex before and im debating if i should or should not use a condom. if i dont use a condom is it ok? cuz im worried about an STD or HIV or AIDS.

Using condoms would make a lot of sense. Regardless of who has had sex how often and whatever else, using condoms every time makes sex a lot safer.
