do you mean legalize as in beer: over 18 or fake ID and you can acquire all you want,
or as in vicodin: heavily regulated and prescription only

The question is do you favor full legalization or just medical marijuana.

I certainly think MMJ is the first priority.

But, I support full legalization, regulation, and taxation similiar to alcohol. Alcohol is 21 and over in most places, but I think that we should take a more European approach to pot and alcohol where children are slowly introduced to it by family and taught that it is no big deal but also a resposibility. That way, there is no huge binge when you turn 21.

I support sin taxes (regulating vices) as well as taxing junk foods etc because these are not necesities of life and the revenue can go towards medical care and education.

    Just my 2 cents.

    Alcohol here is 21+ sir.

I think everything on the fucking planet should be 18+ though. Legalize meth, crack, weed, heroin, and drop the fucking alcohol age limit to 18 as well. I personally don't think it's going to make the world any scarier than it already is.

I think it should be fully legalized for recreational use, but MMJ is definitely a step in the right direction.

I tend to agree with Ahimsa. Legalize and tax it like alcohol or tobacco and funnel the money into local causes instead of having it line the pockets of Mexican drug lords.

Legalize it like beer. There is not much difference between having a couple of beers or taking a joint. It's the same sort of vice; intoxication. Ignorance and greed was the only reasons why this was ever made illegal.

    Sell it at liquor shops

Or in convenience stores and packaged like tobacco. It would be awesome to be able to buy a pack of 20 joints, or even 5 blunts packaged like cigars:sifone:

Well out of those two choices, 18+ to buy.
but I'd prefer if like everyone could get it.

^ ahah, love the wording =D

An age requirement of at least 18 would definitely be needed to get it legalized, but personally I think 12+ would be rather fine.

You're right. That would be pretty sweet

Basically, wherever liquor is sold, weed can also be bought. That would be ideal

An age requirement is definetly a necessity for legalization. It would be damned near impossible to convince the majority of the public that minors should have access to a recreational drug.

I bet your view on the age limit changes when you become of age. Mine did.

i want decriminalization, i don't want no gov't people messin with my weed. if they legalize buying it from stores then they'll probably make laws against growing it, they will tax the living shit out of it, what if they make marijuana "lights" (treated with chemicals to make the thc less potent). personally i don't want to pay 20+ dollers for a gram

Hahaha that would be fucking sickk.
or what if they sold weed pre-packed disposable pipes..
cause I like smoking it in a bowl better than joints...
whenever I get too high on a joint or blunt I start freaking out cause when it gets short I'm always convinced it's gonna burn me...

well, in the city i live in, medical marijuana is legal -and a medical card is ridiculously easy to get, as in going to a clinic for an evaluation, saying, "yes, um, i have anxiety (chronic pain / depression / whatever), paying $100 and bam, you can legally smoke.. but anyway, even though it's so easy to buy it legally, most of my friends still just buy from their dealer/friends anyway.. unless they want something special like weed-lollypops or weed-cookies or somethin. (man, those stores have everything.)
