Can somebody please help me decide on a grow light. I just wanna grow two or 3 plants in a closet and dont know what kind of light to get. I want an HPS but don't know what wattage or if i can even get em used. any help please?
find a abandoned billboard with a on it.. this 400watt ballast and shit for free, if you wanna get it now!! One interchangeable bulb.. hps bulb online http://www.1000bulbs.com/360-Watt-HPS-Conversion-Lamps/ get a 400watt coated MH bulb if you want. but you can do veg with clf.. If you dont wanna steal it,, same link for bulb build your shit cheapers..

Im all for removing billboard lighting to cut over all wasteful energy use.. And use the lamps for for what they were intended for.. Do we really need to shower the night with obnoxious signs? They serve no purpose other than the Rich $$$showing off the power they can waste with useless sign lighting.. It might be a just a business to someone, and a dirty business to someone else.. I would say go to a car lot and take there lighting down and hire a night guard.. but they would rather pay electric ghost bills than pay a human being to watch the cars for them..
50 watts of hps per square foot any more then that is just sheer over kill. if ya buy flood lights or has been hinted at they fall into ya arms one night remove and glass of plastic lences.
