Queen, AC DC, or pantera?

Queen is my first choice.

First of all your friend is a idiot.the styles of all the aforementioned bands couldnt be more different.But to better understand this,what is the rating criteria?.Is it musicianship?total sales in tickets and albums?.Dont get me wrong,each band is great,but in a way this is like sayin is baseball better than hockey or football.

 

I personally believe ACDC is least talented band of the 3. All of their songs sound the same.

 

You must be a very, very, passive listener. Jailbreak vs Back in Black, other than having some of the same musicians and instruments are quite different.

 

Personally i listen to whatever my mood is..if i want to get goin ill prob put on motorhead if not,steely dan,it all depends..i was only locked in to one type of music in my teens..now i try to listen to as many different types as possible

To rock, Pantera would have to learn some syncopation and maybe something resembling what is called "Dynamic range"...

Queen wrote some pretty faggy tunes imho, but they also wrote a lot of fuckin' cool rock music. I'm not fond of fags but Freddie Mercury was one hella vocalist!
Also, Brian May is 10 zillion times the Rock guitarist than those other wankers.

P.s. Kudos to the lead guitar dude of Pantera... He obviously has skills but the attitude is wayyy overstated.

3 completely different bands, no point in these poll.

 

lol. queen has more musical talent then the rest. ac/dc has the least. You can judge it by asking yourself who made the bigger impact. I Would have to say i hear ac/dc's name more often the other 2 bands .When other bands talk about influnces. It seems while they all love queen, somehow ac/dc in its simplicity is having a slighty bigger impact. I know pantera has influnced modern metal bands but still seems its metallica and slayer still have a bigger presence. Queen has a sound no one has tried to copy. Pantera took a sound the next/different level. Ac/dc just played a staight up simple rock n roll.

I'm not sure that this is the right place to find Pantera fans, but they seriously rule hard.

Freddie Mercury was a genius and Brian May is just incredible.

ACDC are just so awesome when your drunk.

Pantera had two good albums and one that was tolerable, which is why I like them the least out of these 3....
