Just walk around, someone who looks like they have something for sale probably does. Talks and ask nicely and 9/10 times it works.
I go to a huge festival every year and people just walk around and ask. Most of the time everyone is cool...
At lot of festivals there are several people openly soliciting there product, if you can not find any of these then just keep doin what your doin be nice be friendly strike up a conversation and then bring up the fact that you are looking for what ever it is you are looking for, works like a charm everytime.
Just walk up to people and ask, if you are at an event where MDMA or any other drug is part of of the culture like a rave or Jam band, or something like that, it will be around. At those kind of events I can't tell you how many times someone will tap my shoulder and say "dude you know where to get some rolls, or hey got any doses". You will not be the only one. People will either say no, or point you in the right direction. But make sure you look early, the longer you wait the harder things get to find. You can only hide so much on your person and when it's gone your out of luck.
