My friends have been telling me that a lot of the weed around is lined with meth. Is this a common practice? If it is, how can I check for it? Thanks!
No, it's not common. In fact, it is basically a complete urban myth. Weed laced with anything is 99% of the time an urban myth. Think about it. Why would your weed dealer put a very expensive, even more illegal substance in your weed, that has VERY STRONG AND DISTINCT EFFECTS, which are very different from weed effects, and on which it is possible to OD and die on, and easily at that. Why? Why would he/she sprinkle 30$ of meth into your 10$ bag of weed? on the house? to get you addicted? it doesn't work like that. if you ever smoked weed laced with meth, you wouldn't think "my gosh, this is some good weed right here!" you would think "gosh, this weed with white salty crap all over it sure is making me stay up for 24 hours straight and trip hard!"
Thats exactly what I thought! It didn't make sense to me why people would put expensive meth in cheap weed. My friends don't really smoke weed and I said that I would feel a BIG difference. There argument was that since the weed around where I live is so low quality, the cost of the meth would still make them profit because dealers farther away where the weed is better, sell for the same price. They also said something about bad counts. The only thing that actually seemed to me like a good point was that when you find weed with a lot of crystals, some of it's finely crushed up meth. I didn't take any of this to heart but it never hurts to check things out. And I know this is a very reliable site which I'm already a part of. And isn't meth a stimulant or something like that? Because if I was going to lace weed and sell it, I'd put in another hallucinogen so it would seem to inexperienced smokers that the pot is just super high quality. That's why it would be so expensive.
False. A lot of the people here know what they're talking about, but some are just as oblivious as your friends you mentioned. Follow up with your own research.

A friend suggested that drug dealers do that so that you'll continue to buy from them. But I would have to disagree, meth would be far too expensive to do that.
