I've always noticed that when I take lortab or vicodin with my oxy's that it seems to potentiate the high. I have always wondered how much of that has to do with the hydro or if it's the tylenol...Has anyone taken just regular tylenol with oxy?

don't they already put acetaminophen (tylenol) in oxy's to stop people from abusing it? or do they only do that with hydro's?

Tylenol is in hydros and percocet and things like that but not oxycontin.

tylenol was put in the oxy medicine as a marketing strategy when oxy/percocets were developed, it was a way for dupont to get 2 for the price of one deal.. Since Tylenol is the most common no addictive pain med at the time.. It is also a fever reducer ..

It potentiates your buzz b/c hydro or vicodin are also opiates... the tylenol is def not your potentiator!
