    you don't need any of that shit. all you need is your body, and this earth. regular normal pushups will do the trick, just gotta believe they will and stick to it.

    Yeah, I've been doing pushups and crunches every night before I go to bed since middle school.

    your body will....whats the word??? platue? your muscles will stop growing after a certain point. Also push ups only hit certain muscles, even with diamond, military, fly pushes ups.

    get a sledge hammer, strike soft dirt for an hour.. learn to swing sledge left and right, over head.. find a dead tree, beat on it with sledgehammer.. find some big cement cinder blocks toss them around, lift them stack them, toss them.. get a tire with a rim and carry it like a baby, walk a while with it.. you might look goofy but youll get goofy strong.. :p
