Yeah, I've been doing pushups and crunches every night before I go to bed since middle school. It's really all you need.
your body will....whats the word??? platue? your muscles will stop growing after a certain point. Also push ups only hit certain muscles, even with diamond, military, fly pushes ups.
get a sledge hammer, strike soft dirt for an hour.. learn to swing sledge left and right, over head.. find a dead tree, beat on it with sledgehammer.. find some big cement cinder blocks toss them around, lift them stack them, toss them.. get a tire with a rim and carry it like a baby, walk a while with it.. you might look goofy but youll get goofy strong..
