Get me Prescribed!

alright, i was wondering if anyone has any idea on how to talk to your doctor to get a prescription for marijuana.

any symptoms or anything i should mention?


if it helps, i have a bad back and a lot of trouble sleeping at night. i cant fall asleep until like 5AM every single night.

i pull my back out prob once a month, and i am only 18.

 

Yes, get the documents that would allow you to buy, carry and possibly grow (if you're going that route). I can tell you right now, having a bad back and sleep issues would qualify you for it, but finding a doctor that will actually sign the papers is a bitch. Doctors don't like to sign it cause it makes their liability goes up, so I'd take weedshooter's advice and call up some organization that helps you find a compassionate doctor. I had to call Medical Marihuana Ontario before I got access to the information I needed about the right doctor to go to. I wish you all the best of luck, you will need it in findind a doctor.

 

I broke my collerbone a few years ago and my doctor would not do surgury for risk of infection, well it healed incorrectly and now for about 3 years ive had the bone sticking upward causing pain when i use my right shoulder exessively. i also more recently got into a motorcyle crash and messed up my lower back causing me to see a physical theripist for a few weeks. my back still hurts after sitting in a chair all day in school. so would this be elegible for a MMID?
