Any difference in the looks when they're dried? Can't really get any good comparison pics on Google. Comparison pics would be great (including cap & stem).

    Thanks.

    They look nothing alike.

(I've never seen dried amanitas in real life)

Amanitas look like the mushrooms in Mario
(red caps, with white dotted spots)

Psilocybin looks 'closer' to portebello but not exactly
(Gold white/brown brown cap with little gold flakes occasionally and sometimes a bluish stem)

There is variability among the two in terms of appearance but that is a general idea, and while both can resemble other mushrooms, I would be hard pressed to find anyone knowledgeable mistaking one for the other.

I've dealt with the cubensis dried, but not the Amanitas. From what I can tell from pictures, they seem to loose their red tint when dried, and resemble the cubensis.

Guess I'll just have to get them and find out. Thanks

Fly Agaric mushrooms are nothing close to pislocybin if you are looking to trip I think you are wasting your time. The "trip" you are going to get is posion yourself. Slured speech, drooling, ETC.

Some thing fly agaric mushrooms are the inspiration for Hell in the Bible.

Some people get something out of it, but not most,

There will be no mistake what they look like however.

I ordered some dry amanita off ebay, and I have some dry cubes stashed away. 2 weeks I'll post a comparison if you're still looking for a comparison or give a shit.

I've had a stash of dried Amanitas, the red turns to a pale orange, but there's no mistaking what they are. The warts are a dead giveaway.

No. A.Pantherina has warts, they are rougher than A. Muscaria but not deadly poison.

"Death Caps" or A. Phalloides are smooth, yellowish white.

Besides, the OP wasn't asking for a difference in the look between different species of the Amanita genus. He was asking if there was a difference in the look between Cubes and Flys.
