fucked up my day on the lake today seein how i dont have an anchor for my little aluminum bass boat... fuck wind
The wind is rather nice if it is warm. When it is cold it just seems to chill and getting warm is not so great. I was out one day and had the trunk open putting in parcels and the winds slammed the sucker down on me......not only was it then windy but the air was blue.
Wind is great for sailing tho. Take a ride on a catamaran when the winds are about 20 knots. Cool stuff. .
Just don't fly it into an electrical line and cause a 50 million person blackout over the eastern half of the U.S. (like that sagging wire did when it touched a tree years ago). Then you'll be facing terrorist charges. .
I love really windy days where everyone gets blown over and people lose stuff in the streets and it goes away forever. It's fun and you have to stand a certain way so that you don't topple, takes some of the edge off of social interaction. Plus I just like the loudness of wind whipping past your ears BWOOOOOOOOOOWOOWWSHH
I like it when it is so windy that you see people's broken umbrellas in the trash cans. Sometimes I'd like it windy enough to blow all the cell phones off of people's ears. .
it was sooo windy yesterday that i had a hard time riding my bike and it was so loud in my ears that i didnt hear cars coming but i was sitting outside and this little girl fell on her ass by a gust of wind hahahaha
Usually I don't like it much, but sometimes hearing the wind pounding trees and stuff around is awesome.
The wind will gradually get worse in places where wind gusts have never been an issue.. The ever so removal of trees to build roads and empty malls is making the earth flatter, therefore less resistance to damper wind current.. oh well..
