i recently got a book-making project done but didn't know much when i started . had to figure a way to do it . first i went to the public library and asked for a book on how to make a book - that just seemed so sensible they'd have one - nope - not even one in the state inter-library loan system . huh . so i disassembled a few books i hated to get an idea of how to do what i could do .
So are you asking, or telling? If you finished it, can we see it? If not, are you asking anything in particular?
yes , i finished it and it's getting sold downtown at the drug store/gift shop . i don't know how you can see it except to describe how it got made - i made 80 copies . each one cost about $1.25 in supplies to and sells for $15 retail . the pages are computer printed then cut to size , stitched with thread then glued to a folded spine/heavy paper cover .
no . i have these hand-made books and can make some more . even so , because i am seeking a publisher who can take it far and wide i'm keeping what i do low-key for now . it is possible you can get one ? could be . would you send cash or trade in the mail for a book you haven't seen ? Yep , the book could be a collectable , it's content might be important to you . I don't know . I have sent some out for free ... because i can , because of feeling .
