I sometimes question my sanity

 

It's a pretty confusing subject, I'd say sanity is in the eye of the beholder

Nah, everyone is insane. Or maybe everyone is sane. Since 'insane' is generally defined as having beliefs, thoughts and behavioural patterns which differ from the norm, how could I possibly be sane?

no insane person actually knows they are, so yeah, maybe i'm looped

 

I always wondered about that... why are you so sure that ALL insane people don't know it?

 

Me? totally sane, and not a lover of breafast cereal that has 2 os in the title. The flakey ones every time.

 

My theory is, if you aren't insane, you most likely think you are (or at least a touch eccentric). If you are insane you will deny it, as you will think that you are perfectly sane.

So really, by that theory, the one person that ticked "Yes. Why would you suggest otherwise?" is the one we really need to keep an eye on.

 

Well, I'll agree that the person who is sure they are sane, is likely the one who will snap... lol

The other side of it though... I don't see anything wrong with an insane person thinking they are insane...


To put that another way... I think people should embrace their insanity and not fear it... lol
