I got my a regular nasal piercing back in Feb. The screw thing I have seems like it is too big for my small nose. It always looks like I have a paper clip jammed up my nose. I have never seen anyone with this type of piercing have that look :(

    Here is my question....

I need to have the L or screw type jewelry because I work with kids and I feel more secure with more secure hardware. Are their different sizes for smaller noses so the inside stuff won't show? I feel so stupid asking but hey I need to know :p

Yeah, all piercings have different sizes. I would get myself down a shop and talk to someone who can help you. They have so much stuff they will undoubtedly have something to fit your little nose :p
