eh, theres only a few artists in the line-up i'd be interested in seeing. not nearly enough to warrent spending $230-$250 on. instead i'm going the disco biscuits at boulder+denver+red rocks, sting cheese at red rocks, phish in telluride and sts9 boulder+red rocks. possibly doing wakarusa if i can spare the money.

    very nice.

Jam On ! I would love to String Cheese Incident.

STS is doing an acoustic set at the house of blues in chicago, thats would also be sweeeet to see.

Wakarusa looks to be a very superb lineup, but I live in Michigan and the only ride ive got is going to bonnaroo. (no complaints, I love the lineup)

It just seems that the roo gets more and more watered down every year... but to each his own if you dig the lineup rock on :) I guess i just liked the more jam band type lineup of the past.

    ABSOLUTELY.

    amazing lineup. wouldn't miss it.
actually working on getting some well-to-do friends together for an all-access bus... because I would kill to meet the Jacks, White and Black.
anyone who's got a couple grand to spend should shoot me a PM :p

    oh.. I see, cool =]

It's a very long way from me, so I obviously can't go, but looking at the line up there's the considerable difference I find between festivals in the US and Europe, alot of the bands are obviously American there, and are no doubt very good, but are completely unknown to alot of people over here...well me, and I have a reasonable grasp on artists etc

Although off the list I would quite like to see Blues Traveler and see what Conan is doing. Plus I couldn't complan at seeing Jeff Beck again =]

Mindtraveling, i shall see you down there! 3rd year in a row for me.

Really excited to see Thievery Corporation, LCD Soundsystem, Everest, The Dead Weather, The Flaming Lips with Stardeath and White Dwarfs (an acid show for sure), The Entrance Band, among many others.

I would love to go to Bonaroo but the only US plans we have this summer are SCI at Red Rocks. Too expensive (and a bit inconvenient) to be hitting up shows south of the border. Would be tons of fun I'm sure though.

Yes indeed you got it. I may trip on some shroom though cuz my friend who's coming with never ate acid before, but nonetheless cant wait!! PM me or something we should meet up for a smoke and a show :D

Maryjeane, I never heard of that one before, have fun though! Any big headliners, or just less known bands (which sometimes is much more fun).

nateva does look really sick. i really want to go but just can't afford it. the parts of the lineup that i'd be interested in seeing are:
    further(a grateful dead reincarnation)
    derek trucks
    sts9
    zappa plays zappa
    lotus
    greensky bluegrass.

and as far as bands that don't really excite me to much but i'd probably end up checking out are moe. umphreys, keller, flaming lips, george clinton.

should be a great time for all in attendance.

Im skipping Bonnaroo this year. I dont really care for the lineup and every year the crowd has got worse and worse. Bonnaroo has strayed a little too far from its roots for my taste. So this will be the first time in 6 years that I dont go to Bonnaroo (unless I sneak in ;) ) But I will be going to Nateva and All Good.

I made profit at bonnaroo last year ;)

we brought our own food and booze and goodies, so we probably only spent like $100 in centeroo, mostly on lemonade :p I was basically starving the whole time though I didn't notice, I lost 10 lbs fo'real.

let's see, I know I want to see:
The Dead Weather, Tenacious D, KoL, Flaming Lips, Les Claypool, Umphrey's McGee, John Butler, Chromeo (yes I fucking like Chromeo), Blitzen Trapper, Edward Sharpe.....

but I'm kinda feeling backstage or bust, I'm sick of the crowds. Wish my girl Alela was still touring with Blitzen Trapper and could hook us up :( I think Neon Indian will be there though and a friend knows them, unfortunately he's in Korea so it would be a task.... but anyone who is going must meet me!
