I'm at 114k.. got her at 56k in August 2005. She's 19 years old and runs like a champ. Her battlescars only add to her beauty. She's a '91 Celica GT and her name is Celeste. Still quick as shit.. but I need to sink some $ into her performance soon. She's not going anywhere when she dies. She's getting resurrected when she hits Classic... provided I don't total her first.

She is the only woman I've ever truly loved.

Those Toyota engines on models like the Celica and Camry can go to 300,000 miles without problems if they are taken care of. The 5SFE was a good engine. Usually something else goes that kills a car like that, such as the unibody rusting out.

Are you going to have a birthday party for her or something?

You need to do something for her. :)

Damn right. 5S-FE FTW! I've driven this car into the ground but I generally need less repairs on it than everyone I know with a newer, especially domestic, car. Unstoppable.

I've worn out many cars. No matter how far I drove them, they didn't get any healthier. I am now a pedestrian and I find I am healthier and there are no piece of shit cars lying in my yard.

My truck has 186,000 miles on him. I've had him since he was brand-new back in 2001. He's treated me real good...and is a reliable friend.

When he goes, I don't know if I can bare to get another!

I always thought it was just proper to refer to a car as "she" just like a boat or a guitar...
